Adult Volunteers
Camp isn’t just for kids! We rely on our adult volunteers to assist in the kitchen, take on projects around the grounds and fill in our program as speakers, team leads and more. If you’re interested in serving with us, click on the link below and fill out the adult volunteer form.
High School Servant Staff
We are looking for high school students who want to spend a week volunteering at Camp this summer! Jobs include helping prep meals, assisting with rec & crafts, doing dishes and so many other things that help camp run smoothly! If you are interested in serving with us this summer, we want to hear from you!
Year-Round Staff
Guest Service/Administrative Specialist
This is a combined position of Guest Services Specialist and Administrative Specialist. The Guest Services Specialist (GSS) serves as the point of contact for all of Camp Pinewood’s Guests. The GSS is responsible for all communications with Guest Groups including assisting them in creating a contract to stay at Camp Pinewood. The GSS is also responsible for communicating the needs of Guest Groups to the staff. The Administrative Specialist performs all of the office task as well keeps records, makes bank deposits, and performs some bookkeeping duties.
